The Bronze Bushing 500SP1 series are self-lubricating bearings composed of highstrength brass alloy bases made with advanced casting technology and embedded solid lubricants. They may be combined with various types of solid lubricants according to the conditions of use.

Advantages of oil-free self-lubricating bearings

1. No oil lubrication or less oil lubrication, suitable for refueling or difficult to refueling places, can be used in no maintenance or less maintenance;

2. Good wear resistance, small friction coefficient and long service life;

3. There is an appropriate amount of elastoplastic, can distribute the stress on a wider contact surface, improve the bearing capacity;

4. The static and dynamic friction coefficient is similar, which can eliminate the creep at low speed, so as to ensure the working accuracy of the machine;

5. It can reduce the vibration, noise and pollution of machinery;

6. Transfer film can be formed in the operation process to protect the grinding shaft, without shaft biting phenomenon;

7. For grinding shaft hardness requirements are low, the shaft without conditioning can be used, reduce the processing difficulty of related parts;

8. Thin wall structure, light weight;

9. Bushing can be used in corrosive media.

The arrangement of these solid lubricant deposits is adapted to the intended sliding movement. They serve, on the one hand, to deliver the lubricant to the sliding partner and, on the other hand, to absorb dirt particles in the bearing.

The solid lubricant used, based on graphite and additives, is ideally suited for general use and normal atmospheres.

For applications in which the bearings are exposed to water or seawater, there is a special solid lubricant based on MoS2 and as well as other additives.
